Pilates Classes in Sheffield
Pilates classes in Sheffield take place at St Mary's Community Centre, Bramall Lane, Sheffield S2 4QZ and at the Dore Old School, Savage Lane, Dore S17 3GW.
The class at St Mary's is on Wednesdays 7-8pm.
Two classes run in Dore on Fridays at 10.45-11.45am and 12-1pm.
Cost is £51 for a 6 week block (concessions available).
The maximum class size is 12. This enables me to give you some individual attention to help you to get the most out of the exercises. One to one lessons are also available.
